In order to meet the demands and challenges of the public sector efficiency agenda it is essential that continuous improvement and value for money is at the core of Ubico's business philosophy. We believe it is essential that we understand and deliver against customer needs, whilst keeping costs low. Networking with commissioning organisations and having a clear understanding of corporate, political and budgetary priorities is therefore important to us.
Ubico has the ability to develop and communicate innovative service redesign, customer service improvements, community initiatives' and strategic options. Just to compliment the chaps working at the tip (Fossecross). I lost my wedding ring on one journey and told the chaps about it. On my next trip I mentioned it again and he said to come into the office and there it was. I can't thank them enough - they were so honest and thoughtful.
